50% cancellation fee of the total price of your service will be charged for any no-shows or last minute cancellations. If cancelled within at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time no fee will be charged. After 1 no-show client won't be allowed to book without a 100% deposit of the total service + the cancellation fee. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance. If you are more than 10 minutes late with no text/call your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
